Jaguar XF - What Car Executive Car Winner 2009

The 2008 WhatCar? 'Car of the Year' winner, the Jaguar XF, retained its award-winning crown at the WhatCar? Awards held in London winning 'Best Executive Car' for 2009.

Jaguar has recently announced a new 275PS high-performance XF Diesel S for 2010 Model Year featuring Jaguar's new AJ-V6D Gen III S 3.0-litre diesel engine that delivers a massive 600Nm of torque and reaches 0-60mph in just 5.9 seconds. It has a combined Fuel Economy of 42.0mpg – 12 percent better than the acclaimed 2.7-litre V6 diesel engine and emits just 179g/km – a 10 percent reduction in CO2*.

Distinguished by unique exterior and interior design features, the a href="http://www.selectvehicleleasing.com/cars-cms.php?id=2074">XFR includes revised bumpers and lower front air intakes, sill extensions, bonnet louvres and grilles, four tailpipes, a boot-lid spoiler, unique seats and 20-inch alloy wheels.

Since launch, the XF has won more than 30 commendations globally, the majority from respected UK publications including Top Gear, CAR magazine and The Sun motoring. What Diesel and Auto Express also voted the XF into their top spot by making it their 'Car of the Year' in 2008.

The XF comes in 4 truly outstanding trim levels:

XF Luxury

The XF Luxury is available with 3.0 Litre V6 Petrol, 3.0 Litre V6 Diesel and 3.0 V6 Diesel S engines. The vehicle comes in a choice of 16 colours, 14 of which are metallic with choices from Porcelain White through to Ultimate Black. Bond Grain leather seats come as standard for the XF Luxury, you have several colourways to choose from: Warm Charcoal, Dove and Warm Charcoal or Barley and Truffle. XF Luxury has Knurled Aluminium and Satin American Walnut as the standard veneer. However you can choose Knurled Aluminium with Burr Walnut as an option.

XF Premium Luxury

The XF Premium Luxury is available with 3.0 Litre V6 Petrol, 3.0 Litre V6 Diesel, 3.0 V6 Diesel S and 5.0 V8 Petrol engines. Softgrain leather seats come as standard for the XF Premium Luxury, with several colourways to choose from.

The XF Premium Luxury has the Jaguar 320W Premium Sound System as standard but you can upgrade to the Bowers & Wilkins 440W Sound System with portable audio interface (MP3 Connection) as an option. It also includes the Jaguar Smart Key System with Keyless entry, heated front seats, power fold door mirrors and heated front windscreen as standard.

XF Portfolio

The XF Portfolio is available with 3.0 Litre V6 Petrol, 3.0 Litre V6 Diesel, 3.0 V6 Diesel S and 5.0 V8 Petrol engines. The interior is Softgrain leather with twin needle contrast stitching and unique colourways. The Portfolio model features Jaguar suedecloth premium headlining in either Canvas or Dove, according to the trim colour you choose. The XF Portfolio comes with 20" Selena alloy wheels as standard while you can choose 20" Senta alloy wheels as an option.

As a step up from the Premium Luxury it host a navigation system and has the Bowers & Wilkins 440W Sound System with portable audio interface as standard.

XFR

The new Jaguar XFR comes with a 5.0 V8 Supercharged engine with Adaptive Dynamics and Active Differential Control features. Its top of the range features include, as standard, Unique front bumper with larger air intakes, R Performance 20" Nevis Wheels, Quad exhaust tailpipes, Sports seats with electrically adjustable side bolsters, R embossed softgrain leather seats and active ventilated front seats. It also includes a navigation systems and Jaguar 320W Premium Sound System. The XFR comes in 8 colours including 2 which are unique to XFR - Kyanite Blue and Salsa. The XFR comes with Jaguar Suedecloth Premium Headlining in either Canvas or Dove to personalise the interior ambience of your XFR.
